I have already recommended Sherwood Apts to family and friends. We are so glad that we were able to secure a place here. We have always heard good things about Sherwood. Ashleigh was WONDERFUL!! During this day and time it is very hard to find people who are sincerely nice and care about people in general, even before having them as tenants. Ashleigh was very friendly and at the same time very professional. She was well organized and very knowledgeable. We hope we can make this our home for many years. Five days down and hopefully many more to come.

Update…. Paige Shavers reach out to me and we were able to talk and get my concern resolved. She was very understanding and looked into my issue. Reedy & Company never gave me an issue while renting with them. AB is the GOAT!Update 2…Let’s listen to the call together…UPDATE!!! Giving a 1 star…. Alma in collections is rude. I had a return charge and I asked her what that was she said, “It’s in your lease did you read it?”…. Okay Alma… 1 star it is… Ive never been late or had a return charge in 2 years. everything under this is still true. AB is great!AB IS A GREAT GUY! He helped me for 3 months to find a home I wanted and went above and beyond! AB IS THE BEST TO EVER DO IT! You can not tell me different!

Kanyon @ Reedy and Co was AWESOME! After dealing with other rental companies that took weeks to hear back from and failing to get showings for other houses Reedy and Co was a breath of fresh air. They got me approved and ready to roll in less that 24hrs. Go with these guys. 100%

I had a great experience with Reedy! AB took a very personal approach to understand me and my family’s needs. Beverli was great to work with to ensure we had everything we needed. And Mahogany was the icing on the cake as we got closer to move in day. Now my mom is back in a community she loves with the support and fellowship she needs as she gets older!
