I had a great experience with Reedy! AB took a very personal approach to understand me and my family’s needs. Beverli was great to work with to ensure we had everything we needed. And Mahogany was the icing on the cake as we got closer to move in day. Now my mom is back in a community she loves with the support and fellowship she needs as she gets older!

I am giving 5 stars for Chris and Katie I wasn’t able to get the other two men name that helped in getting our electricity, and heater back up and running. We went three days without any power and everyone showed up and showed us what they talents were . Chris stood out the most because he showed us he knew what he was doing and told us the steps that led up to us getting everything repaired. It wasn’t their fault it took three days MLGW had to come and do their part as well loose wires on the outside of the home, and electrical issues within the home that’s the only reason for the three days. Thanks for all the hard work , and getting my family out the cold.

I would like to thank Jill Childress at Reedy & Company for all of the work she has done in getting my property to be managed well. Early morning and late night  some ” frustrated” emails about my difficult tenant; always replies me back quickly in such a thoughtful, polite and professional  manner.  She always has smart solutions for me, not just a type of “it’s all ok, be patient” ones. It has been working on the problems I have faced indeed. I am truly impressed by her. What a great person she has been representing the company! If ever again I add more properties to be managed in need of a property manager up in the Memphis area, I will definitely work with her. If anyone is looking for a good agent and company, I would definitely suggest this company!

Ellisteonna, is my property manager at Reedy & Co. I have had great experiences with her thus far. She is tentative to any concerns. Importantly to me, she is responsive. At times, everyone has questions. Ellisteonna is quick to offer answers and does it with genuine kindness.

I’ve rented a house from Reedy for years. I submitted several tickets for maintenance this year. They sent a team out to replace my roof. Also a plumber to fix the wax ring on my toilet. A service man replaced my dishwasher. Last year they dug up my yard to replace water and sewage pipes. They have been responsive to my requests to maintain this house and I’m grateful.

From the first moment that I stepped into REEDY’s office or spoke with someone about rental houses. With reading, I was greeted with much respect. Professionalism went out of their way to help me, especially a B and Miss Beverly. I have not had not one element one problems since I’ve been in my home. They are the utmost greatest place to rent a home from if you need apartments they also have those they are all about making you feel at home and making your home your home.
